In addition to more traditional litigation services, we will consider mediation and other forms of dispute resolution when appropriate. Alternative dispute resolution can often yield more satisfying and stable long-term outcomes, without relinquishing decision-making authority to a hearing officer or judge.
We are dedicated to individual representation in disability, special education and family law. We treat every client as our top priority, providing an honest assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of all legal claims and a realistic sense of what will be involved in litigation. Over the course of representation, we assure that client expectations and goals are being met, and that all opportunities for early resolution are explored.
